The
acai berry is harvested from rainforests in Brazil and contains high levels of omega 6 and 9 fatty acids, in addition to a strong concentration of anthocyanins--up to 33 times that found in red wine grapes, according to the company.
The acai extract also provides a range of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins B1, B2, B3, C and E, and minerals such as iron, calcium, copper, zinc, potassium, phosphorous and magnesium.
